SCOTT ROBB

Scott Robb is a seasoned executive with a strong background in finance, leadership, and personal empowerment. As the CEO of GROW Academy, Scott brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. He believes that providing access to financial knowledge and resources is key to breaking the cycle of poverty and creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

Scott holds an MBA with an emphasis on finance from the University of Southern Utah, where he honed his skills in financial management and strategic planning. In addition, he holds a BS in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. With over 21 years of experience in the fire service, Scott has a deep understanding of operational leadership and has been responsible for managing budgets exceeding $45 million in his role as Operations Chief for Golder Ranch Fire District in Tucson, AZ. His profound passion for teaching, leadership and empowering others led him to develop a novel self-leadership program for first responders, which has been integrated into standard employee training curricula.
